てんでーす！Seed of Leadersの月報です　：ー）

①　活動報告書、まとめました！wizまりこ

夏のカンボジア／タイ２ヶ月フィールドワーク、１ヶ月真理子と恊働分の報告書をまとめて、ぶじに大学側に提出しました〜！（ぱちぱち〜）いやー、これ、マジで大変でした。『論文の国のアリス』ことまりこ＆勢いしかないてんちゃんが合わさって、ひとつのものを作り上げる…☆　仕事のペースがなかなか合わず、ドタバタ。たまにお互いイライラして険悪になったりもしました（笑）報告書の話がしたくないから、相手の顔見たくない時期もお互いあったみたい。笑　　でも、改めて自分と違うタイプと一緒にひとつのものをつくりあげることで、自分の弱みも分かるし、補っていくことのすごさを知りました。まりこ、本当にありがとー！本人には恥ずかしくて言えないけど、マジで、いつもいつもありがとう。まりこのポジティブでやさしいところや現実的で大人なところ、「わたし、おっちょこちょいなの〜！」と叫びながら、すげー速さでストイックに仕事を片付けていく姿勢には、本当にいつも学びました。

②　ETIC経営相談会に申し込みました☆

ETICが提供している第三回経営相談会に申し込みました〜！　

これ。

第一回目は１１月１６日！わくわく！たのしみです。　フィールドワークから帰ってきて、現地の人に見せられるような事業計画書を書かなきゃ！と思ってたわたし。そのために、もっとうまく人に説明してアドバイスや仲間を見つけたい …というMyミッションと、具体的なスタートアップにむけての資金調達準備（予算は妥当か、現実的に集められるか、セクシーで楽しそうか？などなど）にむけてのプロジェクトを進化させるためのミッション！この２つをこの経営相談会ではクリアしていこうと思ってます。カンボジアの教育問題、そんなに軽い問題じゃない。だけど、日本の人が想像して自分の事のように考えるにはハードルが高い。けど、そろそろ、仲間やアドバイザーが欲しい。お金も集めて行かなければいけないし、そのためにはプランやそのプランを裏付けるファクト、何より想いを伝えられる言葉が必要。プロジェクトが進化するようなマイルストンと具体的にお金に関するアドバイスと、他の人に話す場が欲しい。（ん、支離滅裂？）　なので、ここをマイルストンに頑張っていく予定です♪（ああ！あさって提出期限の事業計画書とかいろいろ書かなきゃ！！）

おまけ１　：　STEP22の活動報告会

 STEP22　という海外にフィールドワークに行きたい若者を奨学金＆アドバイスという２つのサポートで応援する、おもしろい団体のサポートをうけて夏のフィールドワークに行ってました！６＆７期の奨学生で、１２月１４日１３時半〜渋谷T's salonで活動報告会をします☆　告知はまた載せますが、ぜひぜひ予定空けておいてください！！♪　最近は、この準備もいろいろ大変です〜（あぁ！こっちのウェブに載せる活動報告期も書かなきゃ！！）

おまけ２ ：　学び場いろいろ

コイ論SA、勉強になります。（ハードだけど。笑）　改めて、授業で話す綺麗な議論と、生身の人間に接していくときの難しさ、、の融合を実感。さらに、とあるNPOの立ち上げをすることにもなりました（Seed of Leadersには繋がるけど、ちょっと違う。）詳しくはまた今度〜。 　でも、こういう風に学ぶ事って大変だけどおもしろくて、やっぱり、もっともっとこういう場が生み出せていけたらいいなー、と思うのです。果たしてカンボジアでいかにできるか、、頑張ります◎
