butterfly effect project - 10月 

こんにちは、あーちゃん@平田彩恵です。マイプロの今月の報告です。

「事業やります！」宣言をいの研のオリエン合宿でし、その後はしばらく、「何か事業をする」ということにとらわれすぎて、何をミッションとするのかがあまりにもあいまいな数週間をすごしました。その後、何人かの方とお話していくうちにやはり、私の感じる違和感・怒りを解消できるそんなプロジェクトにしたい！と思いを新たにした10月でした。

今月の目標

目指せ暇人！ - 達成度：60%

自分の関係するプロジェクトに関して、抜けること、タスクを明確にすることを連絡。
１０月中は、残りタスクの処理作業あり。

問題意識の明確化 - 達成度：50%

問題の現象とその根本問題について本を読んだことで、やはり根深いところにある日本の問題が私の中では明確になってきてはいる。しかし、その問題がなぜ起きているのか、解決されないのかまでは見えていない。
また、それぞれの文献で指摘される問題は視点が様々すぎて、簡単に自分の言葉で他人に説明できないという問題がある。これを、うまく分かりやすい言葉に落とし込むことがこれからの課題である。

 

来月の目標

 

今月の学び、成長

私にできることは限られている、私の時間は有限である。
環境のせいにして誰かのために何かをするのではなくて、自分のために時間を確保しなければならない。

月の半ばに、一度プロジェクトの進行具合を振り返ったときにあまりにも進んでいないことに気が付きました。そう、私はなんだか人のためとか、組織のためにやる仕事が多くてなかなか自分のプロジェクトに時間をさけていなかったのでした。この時点では私は、環境に依存した思考をしているとも言えます。まさに、環境のせいにして自分のプロジェクトを進めていなかったのです。

さすがにこのままではまずい！と思い、もちろん、一緒にやっていた仲間などには申し訳ない気持ちでいっぱいになりながら、プロジェクトを抜ける宣言をしたり、自分の責任を減らす方向でスタンスを明確にしたりしました。

学生だから許される行為であるということも多分にあり、しかし、学生的であって良くない癖と見る人もいれば、正しい抜け方をし、新たな学びを求めるのであれば学生の特権として大いに使うべきであると背中を押してくれたり、一緒になって私の抜け方を考えてくれたりした人もいました。

少なくとも、こうやって自分の環境を整えるために自ら働きかけることによって、私は自分で主体的に使える時間を取り戻していきました。

その上で起きる摩擦は、心理的ストレスも少なくありませんでした。今でも完全に振り切れたわけではありません。
しかし、自分の時間を取り戻していくことで、「今まで、あれもやらなきゃ、これもやらなきゃ」と思っていた焦りが、「この日にこれをやろう、あの人に会って話をしよう」という明確な「やること」になりある種のフラストレーションは消えていきました。

 

プロジェクトのためのTIPS

まずは、問題意識を固め、その原因を突き止めよう！

といわれても、どうやっていいの？というのが正直なところでした。
なんとなくこんな問題がある気はしていて、なんとなくここに働きかければいい気がする。

そのなんとなくは、おそらく大きくずれてはいないのだと思います。
プロジェクトにしてみてもいい感じになるはずなのです。

でも、自分がなぜこのプロジェクトをやっているのか、社会的背景も含めて自分の言葉で語れるようにならないと、正直かっこ悪いし、自分の理想だけ語っていても何か説得力がないような気がして仕方ないです。

私自身は、何かやりたいけれど、何をやっていいのか分からない、、というようなジレンマに陥ってマイプロが減速していることに気が付きました。

そして、恥をしのんでこまさん（インターンとしてお世話になったNPO法人フローレンスの上司）に聞きました。
「今さらなんですけど、どうすれば問題意識って明確になるんですかね？どうやればいいかが分からないんです！！」

「本をあと１０冊読め！」

ということで、一番分野の近いと思われる教育の本、それも問題の現象について書かれているものを中心に読み漁りました。

ここで驚くのは、教育問題と一口に言っても、著者によって問題と感じる現象は様々で、その原因に対する分析もまたまちまち。
確かに、確かに。うんうん、ふむふむ。
と、読み進めていくうちに、様々な現象の根底にある問題がなんとなぁく、見えてきている今日この頃です。

まだまだだな、と思ったらとにかく手当たり次第に、興味分野の本を読んでみる、というのは分かりやすくていいかもしれませんね。私もまだ道半ばです。
