08年度秋学期、一瞬のうちに終わってしまいましたね。
それほど、忙しく、充実していたのでしょう！

さて、一学期のまとめとして
最終レポート、マイプロシート、後宿題シートを作成しました。

　授業前に、クラス全体の問い、
  そして自分自身の問いを立てることで、
　さらに学びを深くしよう！という意図があるからです。

　そして、授業を受けた後に、
  この後宿題シートにそれぞれの問いに対する
　自分なりの答えをまとめるんです！

The cross contamination problem created by handling is the source. In the process of handling the raw chicken the bacteria gets on knives, wash rags, hands, plates, etc and is easily transfered to salads, breads, plates, etc. I also believe the unsanitary slaughter and crowded growing conditions contribute to the loading of the disease in the meat making it more likely that it will be tranfered throughout a kitchen ... say as the moist fumes from cooking are carried into the air and onto kitchen surfaces.
