マドレボニータの強さと美しさの秘訣！

こんばんは！いの研4年、法学部の平田彩恵です。

年に一回、もしくはそれ以上の頻度でいの研に遊びにきてさまざまな現場の話をシェアしてくださるマドレボニータのまこさんとしまこさんが、今回ははるばるSFCまでいらしてくださいました。

さらに、授業は、マドレボニータのボールセッションを受けて、さらにディスカッションタイムもあるという豪華な二部構成！

かなり前から準備を進めてくれていたあゆみちゃんにも感謝しつつ、マドレボニータのプログラムから私が感じたことをまとめます。

あゆみちゃんからの宿題

座談会で、「今のはなしから、あなた学びを、隣の人とふたりぐみで、30秒ではなしてください」を２回やりました。そのとき話したことは、どんなことですか？

マドレボニータのプログラムのすごさは、明確に「自立」というテーマがあることがすごい！

普通であれば、お教室に通い続けてもらうほうが利益があがるので、何度もこれるようなプログラムにするところを、マドレボニータのプログラムでは、４回完結型。
その中で、セルフケアの知識も含まれており、プログラムを終えた女性が自立していけることから絶対にぶれない設計になっているのです。

他にも、シェアリングタイムというのをプログラムの中でもうけています。
これは、参加者同士でペアになって普段のことやパートナーシップなどをテーマに話し合ったりするものなのですが、これにはインストラクターはノータッチ。

もともとお教室後に先生、先生、と話をしにくる女性が多かったために教室やインストラクターへの依存をなくすためにプログラムとして「自分を表現する」方法を組み込んでいるのです。

「女性の自立」に焦点をあわせ、プログラムに落とし込んでいることがマドレボニータの社会起業であるゆえんの一つだ、と実感しました。

井上先生のコメントでもあったように、本当にマドレボニータの方は井上研のゼミ生に比べて誰よりも「学び」が速くて、そして同じ授業をする、ということからも私たち以上に学んでいるという印象を受けます。

実際に以前スケールアウトの話を聞いたまこさんが次に遊びにいらしてくださったときは、その応用して話をしてくださったのには正直に驚きました。

マドレの強さ、そして常に新陳代謝をしている美しさは、「常に学び、それを活かす」という姿勢から来ているのだと感じました。

マドレボニータのの学びの速度は確かに速い！でもそれって、現場の危機感みたいなのが大きく作用しているんじゃないかな、と。

確かに。私たちには、もちろん今すぐに学びそして活かせることもあるけれど、それ以上に、大学での学びを社会でいかに活かすか、社会に出てからも学び続ける姿勢を失わないかが問われているんじゃないか、と考えました。

マイ・リサーチ・クエスチョン

私がマドレボニータの中で一番気になっていたのがプログラムのことです。特に、初期の段階において、プログラムをいつリリースする決心をしたのか、ということについて知りたい、と考えていました。

今回は、直接その疑問を投げかけるタイミングはなかったのですが、お話を伺いながら分かったのは、やはり最初から現在のプログラムの形であったわけではない、ということです。

今はこうやってお話できることもインストラクターの養成のプログラムを考えながら言葉にしていったものです、と、マコさんはおっしゃっていました。

最初から、完全なプログラムを作ろう、と思う必要はないんだ、ということを教えていただいたように思います。

もちろん、プログラムは一生懸命作ってそのときの精一杯のものを社会にリリースする。
それでも、お客さんの反応を見ながら、もっとこうしたほうがいい、こういう風にしてみたらいいんじゃないか、ここを変えないと女性の自立が促されないままかも？といった気付きや学びを反映させていくこと、反映させていけることがプログラムにとって大事なことのように感じました。

帰り道でのお話

帰りは、しまこさんの車に乗せていただき、家の目の前まで送っていただきました！夜遅かったのに、ありがとうございますー！！

そこで、お話したことの一つに、事務的なお返事メールについての話題が印象的でした。

マドレボニータでは、どんなメールでも事務の方が、一言プラスしてメールをお返事しているとのこと。

大企業では、ありえないお話ですよね！
私も以前、インターンしていたフローレンスで率先して、メールのフォーマットを作って効率化をはかっていたので、心にずしずし響いてきました。

確かに、そのお客様の顔にあわせた一文があるかないかで、相手の印象というのは大きく変わってくるのです。それは、分かっているのだけれど、返すメールの量が増えてくるとフォーマットに頼ってしまうのは仕方がないのかな、という私のぼやきに、まこさんがすかさず突っ込みを。

それをする人を増やせばいいのよ！

と。

確かに、「その一文を書く」という仕事をきちんと言語化し、その重要性を社内の文化として受けれいる組織であれば、「その一文を書く」仕事ははずせない仕事となるので、その役職や仕事のキャパシティを作るのはあたりまえのと言えばあたり前なのです。

前提となる考え方の違いにはっとさせられた帰り道でした。
