NPO業界の寄付革命を起こすには？？

いの研4年、法学部の平田彩恵です。
12月15日に行われた授業ですが、NPO業界ではその名を知らぬ人はいない！というほどのファンドレイザー鵜尾さんにお話を伺える！ということで、かなり楽しみにしておりました。

合同の時間も含めてのいの研でのディスカッションでは、実際に自分で事業を始めたらどうやってお金を集められるかなぁ、という視点でお話を伺いました。

事前に授業担当者から提案されたクラス・クエスチョンとマイ・リサーチ・クエスチョンを軸に授業での学びをまとめていくきます。

クラス・クエスチョン

かっこいい寄付とかっこわるい寄付ってなんだ？

たまみの上記のクエスチョンに答えるべく、事前に自分で立てた仮説は以下のようなものでした。

かっこいい寄付は、寄付をする側もされる側も気持ちのよいものである。
反対に、かっこわるい寄付というのは、お金は動くけれど、そのお金をもらったり、差し出したあとに腑に落ちない感情が残る寄付である。

実際に鵜尾さんがいらしてくださって3時間にもわたってお話をしていただく中で、それをより具体的に理解することができるようになりました。

かっこいい寄付は、寄付者のリターンが明確であることが重要なのだと気がつきました。
そのリターンは、鵜尾さんによると、

の5つにこの寄付者へのリターンを分類できるそうです。

かっこいい寄付は、「寄付リターンのあいうえお」をしっかり抑えているんです。
また、かっこ悪い寄付は、寄付者のリターンを無視し、無理矢理お金を出してもらう寄付（恐喝に近い？）や、同情心を煽るなどの負の感情に働きかける寄付のことだと考えました。

この気持ちよさは、同時に寄付のプロセス、複雑な手続きよりは分かりやすいプロセスであったりや、使い道の明確化にもつながる話ですね。

やはり、同じお金を出すという行為でも、その裏に人としての感情や気持ちよさに配慮した寄付はかっこいいですよね。気持ちよく寄付をいただければ、受け取る側も気持ちいいはずです。

ということで、「かっこいい寄付は、寄付をする側もされる側も気持ちのよいものである」を鵜尾さんのお話から確信することができました。

マイ・リサーチクエスチョン
（マイ・ゴール）

以前、鵜尾さんとお話をして、「自分で事業をやりたいんです。どうやったら協力者やお金を集めたりできますか」という質問をしたときに鵜尾さんが「まずは、一言で事業をあらわせるコンセプトを作ることが大事だ！」と教えてくださいました。

ということで、どんなコンセプトを作れば寄付は集まるのか？というのを、鵜尾さんのお話から見つけることを今回のゴールにしました。

この視点でお話を伺っていると、鵜尾さんのお話自体に実は、鵜尾さんの語りたいことがコンセプトとして一言でまとまっていることに気がつきました。

大事なこと、伝えたいことを、端的な言葉でばしっとまとめてお話をされているのです。

その中で、もっとも自分自身のゴールに近い、と思ったのは「NPOと社会のコミュニケーションの大原則」は、「右から入って、左で落とす」というこの言葉でした。

これはつまり、右脳＝感情や感覚に訴えかけて、左脳＝理性やロジックで説明をして、お金をもらう、ということなのだそうです。

その例として、おもしろいと感じたのは鵜尾さんご自身が、今、立ち上げようとしてるファンドレイジング協会の発起人募集のお知らせをしてくださったときの言葉です。

特典は何もありませんが、将来、自分の子どもに「お父さん、ファンドレイジング協会の発起人なの？すごい！」と言われることができます

とニコニコしながらおっしゃるのです。

まさに、右脳に働きかけるコンセプトで、人を動かしている鵜尾さんのテクニックですね。

鵜尾さんのお話が長くなりましたが、寄付に効くコンセプトは、右脳に働きかけるコンセプト！ということを鵜尾さんから学ぶことができました。
