マンスリーレポート10月編

 こんばんは。つじけんです。湘南ダイナミックのイベントに関わりはじめて3ヶ月が経ちました。

  ９月の初旬から中旬に沖縄に行ったのですが、そのときにであった子供達（中高生です）が忘れられないのです。

周りには原付でブイブイ言わせている中高生がたくさんいる中、ここで活動している中高生は、みんなが活き活きと舞台を走り回っているのです。思ったことはすぐに周りと共有します。舞台と言う普段経験できない環境で「表現する」というものを学び、実生活に生かす、その姿に感動を覚えました。

日本人はシャイが多い、コミュニケーション能力が低い・・・色んなこと言われますよね。

それって、僕の中では小さいときの環境や経験がすべてを左右しているのではないかと感じてならないのです。

 

「●●ちゃんはこうなんだから、あなたもそうしなさい。」

周りと同じようになることが善とされ、ちょっと変わった経験に対しては否といわれる、そういった環境がどこかあるような気がします。僕は自分らしさを語る上で、他人と違う所をやはり語りたいです。こういったネタがある人はコミュニケーション能力って高いのではないでしょうか。ねたがないから話さない、話さないから自分の思いが実現できない・・・。意外に言語化できないことって大きな損かもしれないです。

 

僕には何ができるのだろう。

まずは第一歩として、その沖縄での舞台をまねしてみよう。単純ですが、すごく大事なことだと思っています。

どうやって人を集めようか、どうやってお金を集めようか、どうやって・・・

色んなHOWと

なぜ、俺はこれをしたいのだろう、なぜ子供をターゲットにするのか・・・・

色んなWHYを問い直しました。

 

そして、悩みながらもアクションに変えています。もちろん転んでばかりです。地域の方と何かをやるとき、そこに「学生」という甘えは許されないのです。お金のこと、時間のこと、すべてがガチンコ勝負です。妥協した時点で、地域の人たちは相手にしてくれません。そんなに暇な地域の人はいないのです。毎日の生活に必死になって仕事をしています。その人が暇な学生と一緒に何かをしたいと思うにはどうしたらいいのか・・・そこが本当に考えどころです。
