こんにちは！

春休みも終わりに近づいてきましたね。就職活動を機に、将来についていろいろ考えるのですが、やはり大学卒業後に就職せずに病児保育の世界に飛び込んだフローレンスの駒崎代表の覚悟はすごいなぁ、ひしひしと感じる今日この頃です。

今回のコラムは、インターンで私が所属していた部署、ソーシャルプロモーションについてがテーマです。では、コラムをお楽しみください。

インターン生平田による、ソーシャルベンチャーレポート。
大学での学びを活かして、ソーシャルベンチャーとしてのフローレンスについて、ご説明できたらと思います。

ソーシャルプロモーションという言葉をフローレンスのビジョンの図でご覧になったことがあると思います。会員のみなさまにおいては、最もなじみのない言葉であるかもしれませんが、病児保育問題を解決するにあたりキーとなってくるのがこのソーシャルプロモーションであると私たちは捉えています。

ソーシャルプロモーションとは、社会問題を広く世間一般に広めることでその問題に関して知る人、興味を持つ人、行動を起こす人を増やしていこうという考えのもとに成り立っています。特に、フローレンスでは、病児保育問題という社会的課題が存在しない社会ー子育てと仕事の両立があたり前にできる社会を目指し、人びとが行動を起こしていくことを主眼としています。

ソーシャルプロモーションの主な内容に関しては、メディアの方に取材をしていただく他に、講演会にお招きを受けたり、行政の方の政策形成のお手伝いとなるようにヒアリングをお受けするなどが主な仕事です。考え方としては、一般の企業のPR・広報などと似ていますが、単にフローレンスのサービスを広め利益を上げるのではなく、より長期的な視点で社会問題の解決を早めるための手段として捉えています。

社会問題の解決のためのプロモーションと言うと、なんだかとても難しいことのように思えてしまいますが、今は私たち一人ひとりが情報発信を行える時代です。例えば、ちょっと気になる問題や素敵だ、と思った活動ををブログに書いてみることで不特定多数の人にその問題や団体を友人だけでなく不特定多数の人に知ってもらうきっかけを作ることもできます。

つまり、個人個人が何かに対して意見を持ち、それを発信し続ける、それに共感する人が増え大きなうねりとなっていく。そんなことが様々な分野の社会問題で起きていく、それが私たちフローレンスの夢でもあるのです。2008年を、みなさまと素敵な年としていけるようフローレンススタッフ一同、がんばって参りたいと思います。

We used to work together <a href="http://trans2work.eu/dbol-cycle-10mg-a6k0">50 mg dbol pre workout</a> My brother was in the Peace Corps and spoke fluent Setswana, so in 1883 we we spent a month in Botswana staying in little villages, eating by a fire and travelling around the deltas. We saw rather frightening elephants, wonderful giraffes and baboons. You’d hear what sounded like mooing but it was, in fact, lions. But the others had done this a lot, so it was a case of “stay in your tent and build a fire”. I was given a Setswana name meaning “the mother of questions” because I asked so many. Also, I was apparently worth five or six cows as a bride price – it was considered good that I was university educated, but bad that I was long in the tooth at 28!
