vol.4 水平展開

こんにちは！あーちゃんこと平田彩恵です。

今回のテーマである「水平展開」は、いの研内では「スケールアウト」と呼んだりもします。

この「Scale Out」、言ってみればソーシャルイノベーションの肝になる部分で、07年の春のいの研グループワークがこのテーマだったのですが、ソーシャルイノベーションに関わるあらゆるテーマがこの「水平展開」に関わっている！と思いながら勉強していました。
コラムでは、簡単にまとめることに主眼を置いていますが、ぜひ読んでみてください！

インターン生平田による、ソーシャルベンチャーレポート。
大学での学びを活かして、ソーシャルベンチャーとしてのフローレンスについて、ご説明できたらと思います。

水平展開、なんだか聞きなれない言葉です。ではソーシャル・フランチャイズと言い換えてみましょう。今度は、分かり易くなりましたでしょうか。そうです、水平展開というのは簡単に言ってしまえば、ソーシャルイノベーションを、ビジネスのフランチャイズモデルのように展開、拡大することを指します。

もっと具体的に見てみましょう。例えばフローレンスの非施設型病児保育事業がとてもうまくいくモデルだったとしましょう。フローレンスのモデルを実行すれば、病児保育で困る親御さんはいなくなるとします。しかし当然ですが、フローレンスの活動範囲が江東区だけでは、江東区の病児保育問題は解決できても、他の地域の病児保育問題は解決されないままです。つまり、病児保育という社会問題を解決するためには、フローレンスのモデルを広げることを考えなければいけません。

また、水平展開を行うことで、社会問題解決のスピードが上がることは確かですが、私たちフローレンスがいきなり全国展開します！と言うのは、難しいお話です。

そこで、フローレンスでは、現在、フローレンスのモデルを全国に広げていくために私たちの普段の業務を、ノウハウ化することを目指しています。フローレンスだけでは解決できない全国の病児保育問題に対し、志のある方がだれでも取り組めるようにすることが目的です。一般のビジネスであれば、ビジネスモデルを隠しながら市場の独占を狙うことも珍しくありません。しかし、社会問題の解決を目的とするソーシャルベンチャーにおいては、モデルを隠すことよりも、社会に公開し、一人でも多くの人がその解決に向けて一緒に活動していけるようにすることが重要だと考えられます。

フローレンスは、子育てと仕事の両立が可能な社会に向けて、フローレンスモデルをよりよいものにしていくのと同時に、より多くの方々の協力を得ながら、これからも活動して参りたいと思っております。

I guess people forget it was Israel who attacked the Arabs in the 67 war first and not the Arabs. How history is always written and remembered by the victors.

Not available at the moment <a href="http://punto-sys.com/artane-2-mg-ne-ie-yarar-ahdv">artane 2 mg ne ie yarar</a> When will we learn that it is all right to say "we really don't know".   To me both sides of this debate are idiots.  We have only being recording weather for about 125 years and really only doing it well for the past 50 years.  We do not have a clue what the "big picture" is.  Let's just admit that instead of getting all extreme and saying if someone does not agree with us they are ignorant.  Just saying.
