ただいま、研究会のペーパーを提出しおえ、ちょっとした開放感に浸っています。

インターン生平田による、ソーシャルベンチャーレポート。
大学での学びを活かして、ソーシャルベンチャーとしてのフローレンスについて、ご説明できたらと思います。

今号の「ソーシャルベンチャーの現場から」では、ソーシャルベンチャーがしていることと、ビジネスの違いって何だろう？というところに焦点をあててお話したいと思います。

ずばり言って、ビジネスと社会起業の違いは、「ない」と捉えてかまわないのではないだろうか、というのが私の結論です。

ただ、本来、人を幸せにする手段であったはずのビジネスにおいて、目的が形骸化していることは否めません。そんな時代背景から、ソーシャルベンチャーと呼ばれる、フローレンスのようにビジョンを明確に打ち出す団体が生まれたのでしょう。

加えて、フローレンスにいて感じるのは、人の共感を　呼びやすいということです。一般的にビジネスライクという言葉があるように、ビジネスであればお金や物品、人の紹介などでWIN-WINの関係を作り出すのが原則ですよね。

しかしソーシャルベンチャーの場合は、このWIN-WINの関係が必ずしも、見える形である必要がないのです。例えば、フローレンスにはプロフェッショナルボランティア（通称、プロボラ）と言って、普段は企業などで働いたり、専門知識を活かして仕事をしたりしている方々がフローレンスのボランティアとしてそのスキルを活かした　関わり方をしてくださる人々がいます。

プロボラの方はもちろん、ボランティアですので、無償で知識や時間を提供してくださっています。では、フローレンスはプロボラの方とWIN-WINの関係でなくてよいか、といえばそうではありません。フローレンスのビジョンの実現を一緒に目指し、私たちがビジョンを実現していく、そのことでプロボラの方にも何か心理的な喜びであったり充実感、スタッフやお子さんの笑顔を提供できていることが目指すべき形と捉えて活動しています。

プロボラの方だけでなく、フローレンスはビジョンに共感して協力してくださる多くの方々に支えられています。それこそが、単なるベンチャーではなくソーシャルベンチャーである証だと、私たちは誇りを持って言うことができます。
